Differences between male and female in voleyball

As I said in the introduction, I'm a voleyball trainer, so I'm really into voleibol as well. I want to link my "hobby" with mathematics, so I found a video of Movistar Cero about the differences between male and female according to voleyball qualities.

In this video, the elite stadistics according to this sport are studied and compared between male and female, and the results are really interesting, because it's seen that the have similar skills in speed and velocity but differences in force and strength.

All the sports, when they come into elite, need lots of mathematics, because a minimum advantage can make the differente between and professional and a winner.
